Darren has owned and operated Fifth Avenue Club since 1996. He has been married to Cindy for 23 years and they have two teenage daughters. He is a native Calgarian and graduated from the University of Calgary. Darren's competitive spirit drives him to set the fitness bar high for his staff and members. He also regularly leads humanitarian aid trips to Mexico and Ethiopia (Belo). |

Ashley grew up in Nova Scotia and moved to Calgary in 2008. Although she loves the ocean and sea air, she really appreciates Calgary's enthusiasm for physical activity. While attending St. Francis Xavier for a degree in Kinesiology, she developed her passion for health and wellness. She is currently attending SAIT in the Nutrition for Healthy Lifestyles Program to tap into another aspect of healthy living. Ashley enjoys working out, cooking, traveling, being outside and laughing with friends. Come in and say hello! |

This farm girl is on the verge of completing her degree in Ecotourism and Outdoor Pursuits at Mount Royal University. Amanda is very passionate about fitness and loves to work hard both in the gym and in the outdoors! She loves running (with her husky Tarik), cycling, volleyball, scuba diving, climbing and much more. Tricia was born and raised in Calgary where she one day hopes to pursue a career in the real estate industry. She spends her winters in Calgary snowboarding, ice skating and sledding, but she also loves her summer activities such as swimming, running and beach volleyball. Hailing from Moncton, New Brunswick, this Maritimer grew up playing sports and was always actively doing something. Upon graduating from Acadia University, it was time to move to Calgary. In 2002, Corey began his personal training career and is excited to now head up the personal training department of Fifth Avenue Club. Corey enjoys a wide variety of activities and interests such as football, motorbike racing, cycling and squash - just to name a few. |

Pete moved to Calgary from Nanaimo BC in the winter of 2009, and although he finds it much colder here, he loves how active the people of Calgary are. Pete has been in the fitness industry since 2006 when he graduated from Minot State University. He has worked with clients with diverse backgrounds including weekend warriors to cardiopulmonary patients. When Pete isn't training, you can find him playing hockey or baseball, hiking or snowshoeing. |

Being a small town Saskatchewan kid, Rae feels right at home in the club's small town atmosphere. Rae loves to make her clients sweat and to push them to accomplish their fitness goals! When she is not kicking your butt, she enjoys running, the outdoors, playing games and playing with her dog, Malie. She is also furthering her education in the area of nutrition. Rae teaches some of your favourite group classes, but be careful - this is one farm kid you do not want to mess with! |
